Exercise is something everyone needs to maintain a healthy life style. It gives you energy, helps with stress, and it gives us a great body. Choosing the right kind of exercise is important, you will want to choose one that will help you gain weight or keep you fit, but you don’t want to choose one’s that burns a lot of calories because that is what we are trying to avoid. We want to keep calories not loose them.

Many people think exercise is for loosing weight, but it can be for weight gain also. Bodybuilding is really good for gaining weight, it adds muscle, makes you hungry, and it improves your form. When body building, you are required to eat a certain amount of food and it all goes to your muscles, and makes them bigger. For those of you who are not interested in bodybuilding, not to worry, there are lots to choose from. Yoga doesn’t help you gain or loose. It relaxes your body and mind, and it doesn’t require much physical activity, just a lot of relaxing and breathing. Brisk walking will help keep you fit. Avoid aerobics and jogging and remember, only 30 minutes 3 times a week, don’t overdue it.
