Daily skin care for oily skin

Daily skin care for oily skin

1 step Cleanse

Use cleansers formulated for oily skin. Use oil-free products researched for oily skin. Gentle facial brushes are recommended. The scrubs are best to help clean the clogged pores. The cleansers leave the skin feeling clean, smooth and non-oily. They wash off the makeup, the dirt and the oil, leaving the skin dry and tight.

2 step Tone

Use oil-free astringent and formula for oily skin. Use it lavishly – apply with cotton balls pr pad and wipe until clean. The toners are one of the most important part of your daily regimen. The toners remove the traces of makeup, dirt and oil that your cleanser may have missed. The toners also reduce pores, eliminate oil and refine the skin.

3 step Moisture

Use water-based oil and fragrance-free formulas for oily skin. Light moisturizers protect, retain moisture and shield agents against the environment. Use a fragrance-free eye make-up remover. Use a cotton ball to remove eye make-up.

The oil blotters or oil wipes as they are also called are a must for those with oily or combination skin. The oil blotters blot off the excess oil from your face without removing the makeup. They don’t leave a residue and keep your makeup fresh. You can use blotters instead of face powder to correct your makeup during the day – they instantly remove the excess shine and oil from the face. Just press them gently to the areas that get shiny – forehead, chin and nose area to blot up the excess oil and perspiration from your skin. Oil is soaked up and away from your face and your makeup won’t be disturbed at all you can use them as often as required.
