  • 2 Tablespoons Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Powdered Milk (skimmed, full, buttermilk)
  • Cream, Yogurt or Olive Oil

Before preparing a natural mask with oats and milk, it is important to that understand one’s skin type. Those with oily skin are advised to use the yoghurt whereas those with dry skin can either use the cream or the olive oil. To prepare the mask, grind the oats thoroughly before mixing with milk. Once the ground oats are soaked with milk, add yoghurt, cream or olive oil, as per individuals’ choice and let them blend in well till it becomes a smooth paste.

Apply the paste all over the face and neck and leave it on for around 20 minutes. After completion of the stipulated time, massage the face gently before washing it off with warm water. Revel in a glowing and shining face after using the oats and milk mask.
