How to prepare a Banana Hair Pack

Now comes the part when you want to know what you need to do with the ingredients. Follow these simple steps described below:
  • Step 1: Mash the banana and put in all the ingredients except the rose (or almond) oil. Mix well and mash the mixture to form a smooth paste.
  • Step 2: If your mixture becomes too thick pour in some water.
  • Step 3: Now pour in the rose or almond oil.
  • Step 4: Now apply the mixture you have prepared on to your face and neck. Keep it for 10 mins.
  • Step 5: Wash it off and get a relaxed and fresh face.
The protective barrier of fats on our face creates a waterproof layer by clumping together. This keeps the water and foreign substances out. A lot of us are working in air-conditioned offices. The air conditioning tends to make our skin dry and flaky. Sometimes it is also the weather and the wind that does damage to our skin. So, when you smear the banana mask, the fat molecules in it and the rose oil form a temporary waterproof layer over your face and allow your skin cells the chance to rebuild their moisture levels.

Oatmeal in banana mask is known to help acne and the small grains gently exfoliate and remove dead skin and dirt. Honey we all know has medicinal properties and is a good moisturizer. All of the ingredients in banana mask help an individual’s skin look as supple and fresh as ever. A homemade banana mask is easy to make and also affordable. So why don’t you try it out and make it a part of your routine.
