Whiteheads can be also healed with this plant, therefore, all you have to do is use a knife and cut a leaf of Aloe Vera. Use the same tool to remove the thick skin and extract the gel in order to apply it to the affected spots. Make sure your skin is cleansed beforehand and you apply only the gel as the skin might cause some further inflammation. Leave it on for at least 10 minutes, then you can rinse it off with lukewarm water.
