When I was younger and getting ready for a night out on the town, it would take half an hour at the most to transform myself from Mr slob to Mr super cool dude and all it took was a quick shower and shave, a dash of aftershave and a spray of deoderant before getting dressed and then taking the comb through my hair with a bit of bryl cream.

Getting that half hour to use the bathroom was the most difficult part of my simple beauty regime because my sister would be in there for at least three hours getting ready for her night out on the town, shaving, plucking, applying her war paint(cosmetics) and whatever else women do when preening themselves. of course after the bathroom she would spend another hour or two in her bedroom, choosing her clothes and the accessories to match them.

Women took alot more pride in their appearence than men in those days.

Today

Male grooming these days is on a par with the female grooming routine, and if my sister and I were both going out on the town we would have to have a roster to use the bathroom, men these days are taking a lot more pride in their appearance and want to look great when going out into the public eye.

There are many new products on the market these days aimed at male grooming and personal appearance and it is a thriving marketplace.

From well manicured nails to male lipsticks and eyeshadows the modern man has a host of products to choose from to help him achieve the perfect look and as well as products, like women, men can also use cosmetic surgery to enhance their features remove unwanted fat and even have breast reduction surgery if they have man boobs.

For men who worry about the size of their manhood there is a surgery available for that too.

Look Good Feel Good

Taking that little bit of pride in your appearance not only helps you to look better, it gives your ego a little boost which gives you more confidence in yourself making it easier for you to socialise.

You don't have to spend a fortune to look your best though there a many ways to improve your appearance without breaking the bank and some ways that won't cost a single cent.
