(Cedarus deodora) – It is steam distilled from the stumps and roots of Cedarwood Trees grown in the Himalayan forests in India. The oil is yellow in color and has a strong woody odor. It is used in flavors, aromatherapy, insecticides and extensively in perfumery compounds. |
