Dark comlexions also have dark circles, so that's why using a concealer is
very important. Apply it both underneath the eyes and above the eyes.




Apply a color olive green. Do the whole lid and don't go too high just yet
and then build up at the corner,keeping it still soft and light.




Highlight a little bit at the bottom, so you can see that nice green. It's really all
in the application because you don't want to pick up a lot of color,
you want to start with a little bit and then build up.




Then go straight to the liner. You can use a concealer brush and wet it
with water and pick up the cream liner right now and add that touch
before you do the last step.




Color in the roots of the lashes. On medium to darker skin tone you can
get away with using a lot of different colors. You can use a black, purple,
midnight blue, dark green. As long as the color is dark, so that it shows up.
