Vitamin B, especially vitamin B3, B6, and B12 are very effective for the glowing skin tone. It is vital to eat rich in vitamin B for the smooth and supple skin. Best sources of vitamin B are soya beans, milk, poultry, red meat, peanut butter, and bananas.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is actually a good vitamin for the skin. It is an antioxidant and helps in prevention of cellular deterioration, which in turn results in a beautiful skin. It also helps in preventing any sort of the skin damage. Foods that are rich in vitamin C are oranges, grapefruits, kiwi fruits, potatoes, peas, and strawberries.
Similarly, foods that are rich in Vitamin E, antioxidant, zinc, and olive oil are very helpful in improving your skin texture and complexion. Foods like sunflower seeds, which contain Vitamin E help in prevent wrinkles and skin sagging. Vitamin C also helps in maintaining your skin’s collagen, and ensures your skin texture improves and becomes more radiant. Kiwi contains a great amount of Vitamin C, even more than oranges.
