Beautiful Back
A bare back gives the sensuous look to any person. A mystifying and sensuous back may improve good looking.
The back is prone to pigmentation apart from the tans and pimple breakouts.
Pimple problem:
Keep back free from blemishes by exfoliating regularly with a body brush or a loofah. The procedure is very effective to remove flaking skin, superficial blemishes or dry skin.
A brisk rub may help for removing more grease or increase blood circulation. Do not over scrub the back. The main cause for acne is dandruff.
Moisturize right:
one should massage back for a few minutes, it should be done for at least one times in a day. Take apricot scrub, oatmeal and honey in equal quantity for massaging the back. After massaging the back, wash off with Luke warm water.
Beat the Tan:
More exposure to sun, especially for the cuts and low backs can be made it take a tan. One should go for back bleach minimum one time a week for beating the tan.

- Ayurveda is the best method for getting glow on the back. There are specific herbs which works like a detoxifying agents and use like a cleansers. People can also use a combination of the herbs such as haritaki, vibhitaki and amalki for detoxification.
- One should take fresh foods to get a good skin. Avoid heavy, spicy or oily foods to clean back skin from acne. Drink large amount of water as one should drink 10-12 glasses of water per day. One should eat food such as fish, salt, sesame, radish, jaggery, rice and curds.
- One should do exercise for lower back regularly. Lie flat on the back and bend a knee at 90-degrees, after this gradually brings knee towards the chest. And then hold for a count and relax.
- Lifestyle of a person is also affected the skin of body. One should have a healthy lifestyle for receiving a healthy skin
